Stylist Panel Discussion
The ReveLAtion Market featured mega Pop-Up shops from major brands including Nicole Miller and Stussy and also the up and coming designers you can’t find anywhere else. Jewelry designer Nadiandlo showed her artistic eye not only in chokers, bracelets and rings, but also in her must-have layered necklaces. Vassari Boutique’s delicate jeweled pieces were instant favorites for the guests. ReveLAtion also brings in chic beach inspired swimsuits in bright summer colors by Santa Monica brand Tony Swimwear.
Plus a new collection of LA favorite trendsetters Foxbait full of new patterns and touchable fabrics. You can even accessorize your outfit with sleeves by Derivative Apparel. Sassy “Ready-Set-Go” wear by Oz and Otz showed Saturday and guests enjoyed gowns and dresses by Jaime Elyse and her new RTW line of basics including crops and tanks, Molly’s Clothing. Warrior by Naomi brought empowering jewelry designs to ReveLAtion Saturday. The brand’s namesake tanks and healing gemstones are a reminder to embrace your own Warrior spirit.
The Market was also full of brands that support incredible diverse causes including: Strong and inspired fitness apparel by evolve, tough enough to last and light to make you feel good, Ladera’s made in LA tees and tanks for men and women that go with everything and are too soft to let go, and stunning hand-dyed apparel by Fatim Bahh. Inside the Market you could check out the unique designs by Mariely Pratts, Belle Neptune dresses and women’s ready-to-wear by San Fran based Jessie Liu. Sample sales were available by Sample Feen launching 2016.
The evening commenced to a roaring start with the first collection by Makany Marta’s. Influenced by her European heritage, her designs represent a multi-colored reality in all depths, celebrating the freedom of emotions and various traditions of her distinctive region. The collection captivated the crowd instantly with beautiful flowing dresses in stunning silhouettes, while sheer fabrics and plunging necklines spoke to the romantic femininity of the brand.
